Sumacs will take over if you let 'em. They're nicer about it than the multiflora, but they're just as determined. Happily, it's pretty easy to pull 'em out by the roots. The roots snake all over the land, and the process would make me sad if we had a "lawn" or anything that we're growing on purpose, but for now, it's all good.

Now, once your superhero is done with you lawn, can you send him our way? Just a few sumacs, nothing serious.
I'll tell ya' - I've been doing the lion's share of sumac-pulling. He just gets the glory for the big tree 'cuz he got all macho when I showed him how much I had gotten done. I'll come pull yer sumac fer ya', as long as E! don't mind...
